RULE TWO: A man should make an honest effort to get the names of his wife's friends right. This is not easy. The average wife keeps in touch with at least seven old classmates. These ladies known as "the girls" are often nicknamed: Molly, Muffy, Missy, Midge, Mabby, Maddy and so on.The careless husband calls them all Mugs.
RULE THREE: A husband should not insult his wife publicly, at parties. He should insult her in the privacy of their home.
RULE FOUR: The wife, who keeps saying, "Isn't that just like a man?" and a husband, who keeps saying, "Oh, well you know how women are," are likely to grow farther and farther apart through the years.
RULE FIVE: When a husband is reading aloud, a wife should sit quietly in her chair, relaxed but attentive. If he has decided to read the Republican platform, an article on elm blight), or blow-by-blow account of a prize fight, it is not going to be easy, but she should at least pretend to be interested. She should not break in to correct her husband's pronunciation, or to tell him one of the socks is wrong side out, swing her foot, file her fingernails, catch a mosquito. Trouble is, he would lay the map down, somewhere and not be able to find it until his wife got home.
RULE SEVEN: If your husband ceases to call you "Sugarfoot" or "Candy Eyes", or "Cutie Fudge Pie" during the first year of your marriage, it is not necessarily a sign that he no longer cares or has come to take you for granted. It is probably an indication that he has recovered his normal perspective.
RULE EIGHT: Two persons living in holy matrimony must avoid slipping into the subjunctive mood.The safest place for a happily married couple is the indicative mood, and of its tenses the present is the most secure. The future is a domain of threats and worries, and the past is a wasteland of sorrows and regrets.
I can hope in conclusion, that this treatise itself will not start, in any household , a widening gap that can never be closed.

The market economy is sometimes called the free market. A free market is not controlled in any way by a government. It is also free from the influence of custom or tradition. In a free market, the only reason why things are bought and sold is because there is a demand for them. Prices for goods and services are simply what people are prepared to pay. The market economy is not really controlled by anyone. It controls itself. The street market where we began has many of the characteristics of the free market. Customers arrive at the market with a shopping list of things they need. They also come with an idea of how much they are prepared to pay. Stall owners sell what customers demand, and try to get the highest price they can for it. Supply and demand control what is on the market and how much it sells for. In the wider economy, we are all4 customers, and the stall owners are like companies. The role of the company in the free market is to supply what people want. However, companies need an incentive. The incentive is profit. There are two ways for companies to make a profit. The first way is to raise their prices. The second way is to reduce their production costs. And this brings us to two more features of the market economy: competition and technology. Competition exists in a free market because, theoretically, anyone can be a producer. This means that companies have to compete with each other for a share of the market. Competition is good for consumers because it helps to control prices and quality. If customers aren't happy with a product or service, or if they can't afford it, they will go to a competitor. Technology exists in a free market because producers need ways to reduce their costs. They cannot buy cheaper raw materials. Instead, they must make better use of time and labour. Technology is the use of tools and machines to do jobs in a better way. This helps companies produce more goods in less time and with less effort. The result: more profit. People often think that most economies are free markets. However, at the macroeconomic level, a truly free market economy does not exist anywhere in the world. This is because all governments set limits in order to control the economy. Some governments set many limits, other governments set very few, but they all set some. For this reason, a true market economy is only theoretical. Nevertheless, many of the features of the market economy do exist in most societies today.

We all know how it feels to get angry. Sometimes anger is mild, when you're just irritated with someone. But at other times anger can be more extreme, with explosive rages, You lose control. Your blood pressure increases, your heart races, and you can't think about anything else. But what exactly is anger?
Anger is a normal response to a situation where you feel you are being attacked, treated unfairly, let down by others, hurt or rejected. Anger can help you to defend yourself,deal with the problem, and let others know how you feel.But anger can also cause problems. If you always lose control, people might start to avoid you. Friends and colleagues may be afraid of your temper, and leave you alone. Getting angry might make you feel better, giving you energy and making you feel like you're in control. But it might also leave you feeling hurt, and misunderstood. Also, getting angry doesn't usually solve the problem.
So, what can you do about your anger?
