Nowadays nobody has time to eat at home properly so they eat outside. Fast food is the most common food in this century. There are lots of people who eat too much fast food can get obese or overweight. It's not very healthy, because we don't know what they use on our food that we eat, it is not 100% all natural. The few most popular fast food places are McDonalds, KFC, Burger king, etc. it is fine to eat fast food 2-3 a month, not more. Most people get addicted and eat weekly, even daily. This could lead to horrible things & health problems. In my opinion, it's better not to eat Fast food at all.

Recently speak about harm of fast food for health much. Whether it is fair? How in that case to reduce the damage caused to an organism by a similar food?
The word "fast food" (fast food) in transfer in English is designated by "fast food". Therefore it is correct to call so any dish which prepares immediately, served and as it is quickly eaten. There are some versions of fast food.

First, it is those dishes which prepare at restaurants or mobile helmets of a fast food. Here French fries, potatoes with fillers, burghers the hot dogs, the warmed pizza, a doner kebab and other similar foods enter.
Secondly, it is necessary to carry all products of fast preparation which can be parted with water simply to fast food: noodles, mashed potatoes, soups and porridges.
Thirdly, fast food are the various small snack which are on sale in booths and shops: chips, croutons, nutlets, cookies, popcorn. This list can and be continued. But as a whole the fast food is that it is possible to eat under way, without being distracted almost from works.
