Peter works on a farm . The year is over , the farmer gives him a penny . Peter takes the penny and runs to the river with it . There he throws the penny into the water and says : "If I work well , the penny will come up If I work badly , the penny will go down" . The penny goes down . So Peter goes to the farmer and works for him a sesond year . The year is over , and again the farmer gives him a penny . Peter takes it and runs to the river with it . He throws the penny into the water and says : "If i work well , the penny will come up If I work badly , the penny will go down ." And again the penny goes down . So Peter goes to the farmer and works for him a third year . And again the farmer gives him a penny . Peter takes it and runs to the river with it . Петр берет их и уходит в большой город .

Питер работает на ферме. Год закончился, и фермер заплатил ему копейки. Тогда Питер взял их и поехал к реки. Он выбросил деньги в воду и сказал: "Если я работал хорошо, пусть деньги сплывут, а если плохо - пусть утонут." И все его деньги утонули. Тогда Питер пошел работать к фермеру на следующий год и работал у него. Год закончился. Тогда фермер снова заплатил ему деньги, и Питер снова уехал к реки. Он сказала " Если я работал хорошо, пусть они сплывут, если плохо- пусть тонут" Внезапно деньги сплыли на поверхность, Питер взял их и уехал в большой город.
