Britain's teenagers are shunning sweets in favour of mobile phone top-up cards, according to Cadbury Schweppes, which has suffered a second consecutive year of flat UK confectionery sales.The company, which makes Dairy Milk chocolate, Creme Eggs and Maynards sweets, said the slowdown was "unusual" in a market that has traditionally delivered modest but steady growth. It has been aggravated by the closure of many smaller newsagents and corner shops.
