Привет, меня зовут Настя! Я живу в городе Краснодаре.
Я хочу рассказать вам про мой дом. Он у меня большой,с большим двором.В доме основными комнатами считаются :ванная комната, прихожая, кухня, зал,спальня, родителей, детская и конечно же моя комната.На кухне я помогаю готовить маме или готовлю сама.В зале мы собираемся с гостями по праздникам, а в детской я всегда играю с братом.Хочу вам немного рассказать о своей комнате, она средних размером и очень красивая.В ней находится большая кровать,два больших шкафа, две тумбочку, стол и комод.Как я уже говорила у меня большой двор,летом мы ставим бассейн, а зимой собираем снег и играем с братом. Во дворе У нас живет собака- это наш охранник!
Приходите ко мне в гости и я вам все расскажу и покажу.

In the room where Mr Small. Dr Foam and Mrs Bulmer were talking to the children, there were some really old people. Mr Small went up to one of them. "I see that you're a very old man." he said.
"Yes. I am. I'm 90." the old man replied.
"Could you give the children here some advice about a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle?" Mr Small asked.
"Sure. Follow my example. Don't smoke, don't drink, don't eat too much sugar or fat and drink lots of water."
At that moment Dr Foam found another old man. who looked older than the first one. He was sitting in a wheelchair, but his eyes were merry and bright.
"How old are you, sir?" Dr Foam asked.
"I'm ninety-five." the man replied.
"Can you tell us why you have lived so long?" Doctor Foam asked.
"It's easy. I always do exercise, and I don't smoke or drink. I spend a lot of time in the open air and I'm a vegetarian." Just then Mrs Bulmer decided to join in the conversation. She saw a very, very old man in the corner of the room. He had no teeth or hair and he couldn't see or hear very well, so she had to come very close to him. The children followed her.
"May 1 ask you a couple of questions, sir," she shouted.
"Yes." the old man whispered.
"Why have you lived so long, sir?" Mrs Bulmer asked.
"I don't know." the man replied.
"Tell us about your lifestyle," Mrs Bulmer continued.
"OK, then. I smoke thirty cigarettes a day and drink a bottle of whisky every day. Sometimes I also have two bottles of beer. I never eat vegetables or fruit and I live on chocolate and cakes."
"How old are you, sir?" Mr Bulmer exclaimed.
"I'm forty." the "old" man replied.

For nine months, Bounali Simamora (Boo-nah-lee See-mamoor-ah) has toiled seven days a week, 10 hours a day, on a rickety fishing pier stranded in the middle of the ocean, 10 miles off the coast of Indonesia. As he sorts his catch, Bounali is careful to avoid the painful sting of jellyfish and sea snakes tangled in the net.
"I work from 8 in the morning until 6 at night", says Bounali, wiping sweat off his forehead as the sun beats down on him. "Every morning, I wake up, sort the fish, dry them. boil them, and put them into storage. Then, I wait for the tide to go down and do it again”
Bounali is of 120 million children worldwide, between the ages of 5 and 14, who are working instead of attending school.
Desperately poor, nearly 80 million of these children sacrifice their health and safety for just pennies a day- or nothing at all.
Many cultures throughout history have forced children to work. Before Congress passed the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, countless American children also toiled under brutal conditions.
“Child labor is cheap labor”, says Darlene Adkins of the Child Labor Coalition, an organization that works to end child labor abuses around the world. “Employers can pay children less than adults for the same work. Children are also more easily intimidated and controlled”.
For the thousands of children working on Indonesia's floating fisheries, for example, endless hours of grueling labor often earn them little more than $7 a month.
One-third of these children never receive a penny for labor that often leaves them battered and bruised.
With nothing but aspirin and bandages available to them, those who suffer serious injuries- often as a result of beatings from foremen-have no other choice than to stomach their pain.
Some try to escape the misery by swimming for shore, only to be swallowed by the fierce tides that rip through the ocean. Many kids, like 15-year-old Yuliagi(Yoo-yagee), feel that escape is futile.
“I m sad because all day and all night, we just work”, says Yuliagi. “But the boss said I couldn't go home-they would catch me and bring me to another fishing pier

The integumentary system is the organ system that protects the body from damage , comprising the skin and its appendages (including hair and nails).The integumentary system has a variety of functions; it may serve to waterproof , cushion , and protect the deeper tissues , excrete wastes , and regulate temperature , and is the attachment site for sensory receptors to detect pain , sensation , pressure , and temperature.
Layers of the skin.The integumentary system is the largest of the body`s organ systems.In humans , this system accounts for about 12 to 15 percent of total body weight and covers 1.5-2m2 of surface area.It distinguishes , separates , and protects the organism from its surroundings.
The human skin (integument) is composed of a minimum of 3 major layers of tissue: the epidermis; dermis; and hypodermis.The epidermis forms the outermost layer , providing the initial barrier to the external environment.Beneath this , the dermis comprises two sections , the papillary and reticular layers , and contains connective tissues , vessels , glands , follicles , hair roots , sensory nerve endings , and muscular tissue.The deepest layer is the hypodermis , which is primarily made up of adipose tissue.Substantial collagen bundles anchor the dermis to the hypodermis in a way that permits most areas of the skin to move freely over the deeper tissue layers.
The integumentary system has multiple roles in homeostasis.All body systems work in an interconnected manner to maintain the internal conditions essential to the function of the body.The skin has an important job of protecting the body and acts as the body`s first line of defense against infection , temperature change , and other challenges to homeostasis.Functions include:
Protect the body`s internal living tissues and organs.
Protect against invasion by infectious organisms.
Protect the body from dehydration.
Protect the body against abrupt changes in temperature , maintain homeostasis.
Help excrete waste materials through perspiration.
Act as a receptor for touch , pressure , pain , heart , and cold.
Protect the body against sunburns by secreting melanin.
Generate vitamin D through exposure to ultraviolet light.
Store water , fat , glucose , and vitamin D.
Maintenance of the body form.
Formation of new cells.
Aid in physical examination as color of the skin may indicate many conditions e.g. it becomes yellowish in jaundice.
