Sport is very important  in  our life.  It is popular among young and old people.
Many people do morning exercises, train themselves in clubs, in different sections and take part in sport competitions.
Other people like sports too, but they only watch sports games, listen to sports news. They prefer reading interesting stories about sportsmen. But they don't go in for sports.
Physical training is an important subject at school. Pupils have got physical training lessons twice a week. Boys and girls play volleyball and basketball at the lessons. Sport helps people to keep in good health. If you go in for sports, you have good health and don't catch cold.

Sports!   What short, but very important word in human life.   Our life is inconceivable without sports.   Everyone scoops something special in sports.   For this one colourful show, as performance.   For others – health strengthening.   The third choose sports by the profession.   For us, school students, sports are health, physical training, endurance, excellent health, great mood, self-confidence and the forces.   The person with sports training can be recognized at once – tightened, strong, sure, vigorous, cheerful, cheerful …   They achieve success thanks to the diligence.  
In our life everyone should reflect deeply how to keep health and not to lose. To strengthen the health, to temper itself, to lead a healthy lifestyle, to play sports, to be always cheerful and to be good to people around. Health is the biggest wealth and it needs to be protected. There will be healthy a body - there will be a sound mind! If there is no health, there is no happiness also, there is no mood. Sports activities bring pleasure and pleasure. The person who plays sports, develops not only physically, but also intellectually, the intelligence increases! Also sports are a way of self-expression, a way to reach certain tops and the purposes.
