Somewhere in California
"We strongly recommend that you get on the bus to camp friends for life sometimes start there and then". It was written in the camp brochure. So when we got to the bus, Dima and I were sitting in the heart and were ready to make new friends. Four new visitors met with us. It was Daniel from Australia, Pauline from new York Lucas from Germany and Maria from Canada. For some time we discussed the way in the United States, but was silent. David and Charlie were still talking to each other at a very fast English, while Daniel slept in the corner. The German boy was sitting in front of the bus. He apparently enjoyed the breathtaking views of the mountains. Maria from Canada, listening to MP3 player, but Pauline was reading a magazine for the young fashion. I waited and waited, but nothing, absolutely nothing interesting has happened in the bus. Dima sat next to me. He listened to his favorite pop music, which makes me furious, but I was glad he was there with me. It's strange, but I thought about my best friends house, and how much time I have without them.
My best friend Natasha. We never became friends immediately. I still remember the first day when she came to school. It was our first lesson of literature. I was in the middle of answering a question when the door opened and Natasha walked in with our school Director. I immediately forgot what I wanted to say and got a two. I was very angry at this new girl and became even angrier when I said, I'll have to sit at the same Desk. I like to sit alone, but I soon realized how lucky I was that this new girl was sitting next to her.
Natasha was very clever and was received very good evaluation from the outset. And at the same time, she didn't vypendrivalsya. Actually it seemed awkward to get good grades. She often whispered to me the correct answer, when I spoke to her for help. I was very grateful to Natasha, but when I tried to talk to her about her good grades and what she's cool, she just nodded and left.
I think Natasha was feeling a bit lonely. The other girl was not scared of her, but they were not invited her to play them. Natasha provode each break alone in the class. She read books and ate her usual sandwich. Our friendship began on this sandwich.
Natasha's mother was doing her a huge sandwich every day. She put a little out of the fridge in it: sometimes a little egg, a little cheese and ham, some tomatoes, onions and cucumbers and a little mayonnaise. Once I even noticed a bit of potato in it. Some of the girls found these sandwiches are very funny and giggled behind her. I'm ashamed of myself now, when I remember that I often giggled with them.
I am very good at drawing. I was attracted to draw small pictures-pictures of our class. They usually need to be very funny, and should not be stingy. So, the whole month I was drawing a picture of our class. I drew myself in my regular clothes, which I was already too short, and my friend the Light - mice on the head, because she loves animals, and, of course, I sobratema Natasha with her big sandwich and a book. At recess my classmates laughed at my picture, and I noticed that Natasha TORK laughed with them. She clearly had a good sense of humor.
The next day I first came to school. When I passed my poster, I noticed that someone changed it. Sandwich Natasha was filled with trash: fish tails, bones, jars and plastic bags. I had to do something, before anyone could see it. But at that time, as I was going to change it with my pencil, Natasha walked into the classroom. She looked at the poster, and then on the pencil in his hand and ran out of the class.
The next day she didn't come to school, so I decided to call her. But she hung up when she heard my voice, so I called her again "Natasha, please, listen to me. I didn't draw all this rubbish,” I began to speak quickly.
"It doesn't matter, Lisa," she replied sadly.
"It matters to me," I said. "All right," said Natasha. "I believe you. I have to go. Bye!"
I was disappointed, but I didn't want to hang up. "Wait!" I said. "If you believe me, there is a chance that someday we will be friends." Natasha was very surprised by my words and slowly she started really interested in the conversation. On the phone she became more relaxed, and we talked the entire night. Now I understand that on that day I found my very friend in the world. Not to say that we always agree with each other all over - of course not. We sometimes argued about trifles, but could not sleep until you reconcile. I know that I can always rely on Natasha and she never podvodit me. We are forever bonded that day.
