помогите пожалуйста перевести текст срочно нужно (((((( Ok! Youre on your own here. Theres no Mummy doing all the searching for you and asking

all the right questions. So how on earth do you find a house? Don’t panic: everyones in the same boat. You need to begin by making a list of what you want in a house. For instance, do you want a bath or will just a shower be OK? Do you want a washing machine( my advice-YES- launderettes are a nightmare and you cant afford to have things cleaned for you ). Are you OK with sharing a bathroom or do you want an en suite of your own? You also need to think about where your house is located- bus and train fares can add up to a lot of money.

Secondly, make sure you take with you a list of questions you want to ask. Will you have to pay the rest of the rent if the other rooms aren’t filled? How big is the deposit and will it be returned at the end of your rent? Is there a garden-are you responsible for it? Are the rooms lockable? Is the house in good condition? If the landlord promises to have things repaired, get his promises included in the contract.

There are also a few things you should look our for: what is included in the rent and how much are the extra bills? So if you’ve found a house for 40 a week ,but it doesn’t cover any bills-you aren’t going to save money, especially if the other rooms are empty

Sales contract
The sales contract is the legally binding agreement reached by the seller and
the buyer (the parties to the contract). It can be made orally or in writing, although
it is usual for the contract to be drawn up in writing to prevent disputes.
There are three ways to conclude a sales contract:
1. This is the most normal way of concluding a sales contract, because most
offers are non-binding. As non-binding offers can be changed or withdrawn at any
time, a sales contract does not exist until the seller confirms the order, making any
changes impossible.
2. Sellers tend to make firm offers when trading in goods where the prices
fluctuate a lot. They set a fixed and if the buyer doesn't place an order within the
period of time where, this price is valid, the offer with expires. The seller can then
make another offer with new prices to keep up with the prices on the market.
3. In this case, if the buyer is not interested in the goods, he is expected to
return them within a certain period of time, otherwise he will have to pay for them.
After a sales contract has been concluded, the seller and buyer have to fulfil
certain liabilities (that means there are certain things they have to do).
The seller's liabilities are:
- To deliver the goods on time and in perfect condition.
- To ensure that the title to the goods is transferred to the buyer — in other words, the
seller has to make sure that the buyer becomes the owner of the goods. This is
normally done by passing a special document, the document of title, to the buyer.
The buyer’s liabilities are:
- To accept delivery of the goods (this prevents him changing his mind after the
goods have been sent).
- To pay for the goods within the time agreed.
If one party doesn't fulfill its liabilities, the contract is broken (this is called
breach of contract). In this case the other party (injured party) can claim
compensation.

It’s eleven o’clock in the morning. Helen Petrova’s in one of the biggest department stores in the city which only opened a few weeks ago. Many things are bought and sold here every day. Though it’s still early and the store has just opened, there are a lot of customers near the counters: some are buying things, others are just looking round.
Helen: Excuse me. How do I get to the shoe department? Shop assistant: It’s over there on the lett, please.
(In the shoe department)
Helen: I want a pair of boots please.
Shop assistant: What’s your size?
Helen: Thirty-four, and I want very warm ones, too. It's very cold outside.
Shop assistant: Oh yes, it’s terribly cold. Thirty-four... You have very small feet. It won’t be easy to find a suitable pair, I’m afraid.
(In a few minutes)
These are nice boots, don’t you think? Will you try them on? How do they feel?
Helen: I think they’re a size too big. Perhaps you can find a.different pair. Can you give me a size smaller?
Shop assistant: Just a moment. I’ll have another look. You’re lucky. Here’s a lovely pair; but it’s more expen sive.Helen: That doesn’t matter... It feels more comfortable. I think I’ll take it. How much is it?
Shop assistant: Seventy-five roubles.
Helen: Where do I pay?
Shop assistant: Over there at the cash-desk.
Helen: Thank you.
(After paying the bill)
Shop assistant: Here are your boots. The check’s inside.
Helen: Thank you. And where’s the glove department?
Another customer: Come along with me, and I’ll show you.
Helen buys some dark-brown gloves to match her new boots and looks at her watch. She sees that it is rather late, so she quickly leaves the store and hurries home.
